Our Customers Demand Choices –
We Deliver Choices
We provide you with a choice between these raw binaural tracks, only, and tracks that include ambient foreground sounds. Each and every order includes a complete set of both so you don’t need to choose between the two now.
To avoid the tedious, each ambient track offers a slightly different ambient sound experience. Having served thousands of customers we have learned that not everyone enjoys the same sound experience – but we’ve worked hard for you to compose a collection of ambient sounds that are universally accepted and appreciated.
Idea: Some of our users like to mix the binaural tracks with their own sound track of choice. We encourage that – just remember that our programs are protected by copyright law, so please no sharing and definitely no selling. Thank you!
Is Deep Zen the Right Choice For Everyone?
Have you ever met someone who preferred hand washing their clothes to using a washing machine?
Or maybe you’ve met someone (in Arizona – HOT in July!) who’s against using the air conditioning.
For those who don’t have seven years to dedicate to a Monastery in a serene, remote mountain setting we offer the next best thing at a fraction of the expense – even for a zen monk. Over seven years Deep Zen runs about .91 cents per month and we are certain you’ll continue to use these programs for many years to come.
Of course meditation isn’t just for zen heads; meditation is also proven to be good for people with high blood pressure (who, of course, prefer it lower), tames depression, eases pain, reduces head aches, improves overall sense of well-being, relieves stress, stimulates creative problem solving . . . and even helps some people lose weight.
We’re not making this up – it’s been well documented by numerous universities and reported in some of the most influential news publications.
Would you argue against meditation as being fundamentally necessary to good mental and physical health?
We wouldn’t either – but of course we’d risk upsetting your doctor (and his team of attorneys) by implying *we* treat, diagnose or cure any physical or mental ailment so, this is our disclaimer . . . we don’t promise to treat, diagnose nor cure any mental or physical ailment but instead leave it up to your own intelligence to decide if A + B might equal C.
It’s only been a week, but I have listened to Deep Zen at least once a day. It is absolutly amazing – I am more relaxed, more calm, more focused than I have ever been before.
Also, I am sleeping better — deep restful sleep. I have struggled with anxiety and insomnia for most of my life, (and have had all the health problems that go with it). I’ve bought a lot of tapes, books and self help programs, but I wish I could have bought Deep Zen all those years ago!
After all this time, I finally found somthing that works — and it was a really good, value packed deal! I am extremely satisfied with Deep Zen!
How, and Why, This Has to Work for You
Some people download our Deep Zen meditation audios to their Ipod, put on their headphones and then try to check email, while posting on Facebook, while hollering at the kids – while their husband is vacuuming.
What’s that? I must be making this up because husbands don’t vacuum?
Well, people try to do all kinds of crazy things while listening to our meditation program and then they say “It didn’t work?”
Others report they got a headache . . . which is kind of what happens when you try to send the brain in multiple directions at once. While you’re forcing the brain to rev up, it’s trying to quiet down – the result is stress!
So first off, if you’re new to meditation it’s not some nebulous thing unattainable by mortals. It doesn’t require any spiritual belief system or religious ritual. It can include that, but . . .
Meditation is simply a process of slowing mental activity, perhaps, and quieting the mind. It’s like a cool evening breeze after a hot summer day – it’s a breathe of fresh air. It’s deeply relaxing, revitalizing and re-energizing. It is important to everything and everyone in your life that you occasionally allow yourself to just be, don’t you agree?
You start there – with the idea of taking a mental break and turning off the rest of the world to focus on your beingness. Problems, past and present, you allow to slide in order to focus on right now. Because right now, everything is perfect and happiness requires that perspective.
When you put on your head phones and listen to Deep Zen your brainwave activity will be gently guided into a toned down state. Breathing will slow and your heart rate will follow. Your entire body will relax.
Please Note: Our programs are not designed to “push treshholds”, inducing stress and anxiety as are other programs. Is that necessary? We say not. You are fully capable of achieving your full potential without putting yourself through that.
I was surprised to find that your system was allowing me to move any extraneous thoughts to dissipate so easily.
I’ve used other systems, but always had difficulty controlling thoughts that were interfering with the process.
This is the first time I’ve been able to calmly continue with the process.
Very impressive, George Boisse
Sounds Great, Sounds True . . . But How?
Scientific research has identified specific brainwave frequencies associated with different states of being. When you’re all revved up, so are your brainwave frequencies – they’re in beta. When you’re asleep those same frequencies slow way, way down – into delta. These frequencies have been identified for everything from being under the influence of drugs to operating at optimal productivity where you just get things done. This is science.
We are able to guide the brain into any frequency by playing a beat frequency for the brain that it understands. Have you ever heard of “trance music” – same sort of effect. Just as you can listen to certain songs and feel a shift in your emotional state, so to you can with a more powerful technology – binaural beats.
You must understand, however, these frequencies are not audible to the human ear. Therefore we need a binaural experience – we must listen in stereo, with headphones.
